Rehabilitation and extension project of an old administrative building of a mine site for use as a library, premises for associations and exhibition space for the promotion of historic heritage. Eléo Consulting conducted the research component on possible public and private funding - FEDER, CPER, CNIL, DRAC, ADEME, LEADER, foundations, sponsorship, etc. In collaboration with the agency Médiéval AFDP, the architect SEMPERVIRENS and the heritage architect Richard GOULOIS.
