Eléo Consulting‘s role was to identify European finance mechanisms for the development of a micro-savings / micro-finance project carried out by the Crédit Municipal de Nantes. We worked on the project development and management (ensuring the overall consistency of the project with the terms of the targeted European programme, structuring the project, drafting the application and the budget).

Start-up O’Clock (web developer training institution), 2016/2017/2018

- Eléo Consulting assisted in setting up a digital project for this vocational training institution, as part of the Ile de France region’s FEDER call for projects (December 2016) - project approved - Identification of potential financial mechanisms - Support, advice and proofreading of the application for the SME component of the Horizon 2020 programme. Submitted project: “Time to Fill the Digital Skills Gap with O’Clock’s virtual Instructor Led IT Developer Training Programme!” (September 2017) - approved project (note: 13.5 out of 15)
